Look, nobody reads these things, but they're legally necessary. I've tried to make this as straightforward as possible. The basic rule: be honest, don't be a jerk, and we'll get along fine.

By using AICrapKiller, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform. These terms apply to everyone: regular users, AI tool developers, business users, and anyone else who interacts with our site.
What AICrapKiller Is
AICrapKiller is a platform where:

Your Account
Account Creation

Account Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, but we'll try to warn you first unless it's something really bad.
User Content and Reviews

- • Spam, abuse, or harassment
- • Copyrighted content without permission
- • Personal attacks or defamatory statements
Content Ownership
You own your content, but by posting it on AICrapKiller, you give us permission to display, distribute, and promote it. We might feature your review in marketing materials or newsletters, but we won't sell your content to third parties.
Acceptable Use
The Golden Rule
Don't be a jerk. Seriously, that covers most of it. But here are the specifics:

Claiming Your Tool
AI tool developers can claim their tools on our platform to:
- • Respond to reviews professionally
- • Update tool information
- • Access business features (paid plans)
- • Get insights about user feedback
Business Conduct
Important: Companies cannot:
- • Pay for positive reviews or ratings
- • Ask employees to write fake reviews
- • Threaten legal action over honest negative reviews
- • Manipulate reviews through technical means
Violation of these rules will result in permanent platform ban.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The AICrapKiller platform, CK's reviews, our methodology, and our branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You can't copy our site, steal our content, or impersonate our brand.
Your Content
You own the reviews and content you post. However, by using our platform, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content as part of our service.
DMCA and Copyright
If you believe someone has violated your copyright on our platform, email us at legal@aicrapkiller.com with details. We'll investigate and take appropriate action.
